Join us for the final 2020 session of our complimentary “balcony” series: an efficient, 50-minutes of interactive reflection time, where you'll be guided up to take a balcony view (Heifetz) on how you're BEING as well as what you're DOING as a leader.
In this session, we'll be inviting you to step out of the weeds and head up to the balcony to reflect on your leadership in 2020, and begin to plan for 2021.
You'll experience a tool that you can take back and use with teams in your organisation and will have a chance to hear about the challenges and opportunities other leaders are grappling with.
