Will I get support with the comms/roll out?
Yes! We will provide you with customisable templates you can use to make launching the programme simple and straightforward.
How can you respect confidentiality and provide insight reports?
Each coaching conversation is treated as confidential within the guidelines of the ICF Code of Ethics. Provided enough coaching sessions have taken place each reporting period, we can both protect the anonymity of participants AND share relevant themes that arose, which the organisation can take into consideration going forward.
How many monthly coaching sessions should we sign up for?
This will depend on the number of people in your organisation. We are happy to consult with you in determining what number makes sense for you to start with.
Don’t people need an initial “chemistry check” session in order to choose a coach?
Extensive background information on each coach will be included on your online resource portal for the programme to support participants in choosing their preferred coach. The risk of choosing the “wrong” coach is very low as all are highly qualified and have been extensively vetted. In the rare case that someone doesn’t feel like they gelled with their coach, they can simply select a different coach next time around.
Should the coaching be limited to professional topics?
We have to smile each time we hear this question. We appreciate that it often comes from a place of wanting to make the best use of the organisation’s resources, however, it’s important to recognise that how a person shows up in the professional realm is inextricably linked to how they are doing personally. It’s not uncommon that people come to coaching with a personal topic they want to resolve and once they do, their professional performance improves as a consequence. We recommend trusting that individuals know what’s most important for them to address and letting them use the coaching space to focus on that.
Won’t it be expensive to offer so many coaching sessions?
You’ll likely be surprised what great value it is! We have gone to great lengths to create a streamlined programme that reduces overheads (like programme set up, approval, and scheduling time) so that maximum resources are directed towards delivering high-impact coaching sessions tailored to the individual needs of your people.
Can individuals choose who their coach is?
Yes, as part of the democratised coaching programme, we offer participants a variety of experienced and credentialed coaches to choose from so they can select the coach they feel is the best fit for them.
